Kenny Rolle Sr. is known as one of the most go-to drummers located in Columbia, South Carolina.  He is originally a native of Washington DC but currently calls the Palmetto State his home.  He has been playing drums for over 45 years.  Although drums are his primary instrument he is known to play various instruments of the percussion family.
Kenny is a former member of several groups: “Rayford and the Fantastic Jordanias”, “Cash Money”, “Atlantic Coastline”, and “The O’Kaysions” to name a few.  He has entertained audiences all over the East Coast.
Kenny’s musical talents elevated him to playing at numerous fundraisers for Presidential Candidate Bob Dole as well as playing for the United States Marine Corps Birthday Celebration at Camp Le’Jenue for three consecutive years.
Rolle’s musical inspiration comes from the likes of Buddy Miles, Buddy Rich, as well as Dennis Chambers.
Because of Kenny’s versatility, he has a reputation for being considered a hired gun because he is able to step in and perform with any band at the last minute regardless of the genre of music.
Kenny is most passionate about his love of the Music Ministry.  He plays for different denominations and is very pleased to allow the Lord to use his gift as he sees fit.
